Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 March 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Renewno ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Renewno is a subscription and renewal management tool that helps organisations track vendor costs, receive renewal alerts, and manage SaaS spend. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Accounts and eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
  • One account per person; you may not share accounts.

4. Subscriptions and billing

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
  • All prices are shown in GBP and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Free trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to the Service. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period you must subscribe to continue using the Service. We reserve the right to limit or end trials at any time.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written consent.
  • Use the Service to store or transmit material that infringes third-party rights.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract source code from the Service.

7. Your data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into Renewno. By using the Service you grant us a limited licence to store and process your data solely to provide the Service. You can export your data at any time via the export feature. See our Privacy Policy for details of how we handle personal data.

8. Intellectual property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service (including software, design, and trademarks) remain with Renewno. These Terms do not grant you any intellectual property rights in the Service beyond the right to use it as described.

9. Availability and warranties

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Renewno shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately if you breach these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days except where retention is required by law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
